High Holy Days 2011

Temple Sholom had a great High Holy Day Season this year.

Our services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur were busy, including our interactive, Syna-Plex, and traditional services.

Simchat Torah/Consecration and Sukkot were also well attended and a lot of fun.

Rabbi Terlinchamp also announced significant growth for our congregation and we had many new guests that we "Welcomed Home to Sholom".

We also perfomed a wonderful Mitzvah that allowed over 800 individuals, out of town family members and homebound families participate in our streamed services.

Temple Sholom Installs Hearing Loop in Sanctuary

 Hearing Loop

The Warshauer Fund for Access to Judaism provided funding to install a permanent Hearing Loop in our sanctuary.    This system will made it possible for many participants to hear the service directly over their hearing aids during the High Holy Days. Temple Sholom also thanks the Southwest Chapter of the Hearing Loss Association for a grant to support this project!

We had a special Shabbat where Daren Fowler presented the grant to Temple Sholom and Stu Warshauer, sponsor of the Warshauer fund, participated by providing the music for the service:
