Being Interfaith at Temple Sholom

A Place Where Every Story Belongs

Love brings people together in many ways. At Temple Sholom, we believe those connections are something to celebrate.

Whether you are part of an interfaith couple, raising children in a multifaith family, exploring Judaism alongside a partner, or simply seeking a meaningful place to connect, you are welcome here.

We recognize that every family’s journey is unique. Questions about tradition, holidays, raising children, spirituality, and family identity can be opportunities for learning, conversation, and growth. You do not have to have all the answers to find a place in our community.

At Temple Sholom, we strive to create a community where people from different backgrounds can build meaningful relationships with Jewish life, discover shared values, and find their own sense of belonging.

There is room for you here, just as you are.

Building a Jewish Life Together

Interfaith relationships bring together different experiences, traditions, and perspectives. They can also create wonderful opportunities to discover what matters most, learn from one another, and build traditions that reflect the family you are creating.

At Temple Sholom, we welcome the conversations that come with that journey. From celebrating Shabbat and Jewish holidays to exploring Jewish values, participating in community programs, and raising children with a connection to Jewish life, there are many ways to find meaning together.

You do not need to know everything about Judaism to participate. Curiosity is welcome. Questions are welcome. Your story is welcome.
